My Story

I was born an artist. My earliest memories are of me drawing and painting. My Art Mentor would take me on walks and we would draw the mountains and trees. It is where I found a love for nature and it is where I now find inner peace.

Raised in the mountains of Galeton, Pennsylvania, it was impossible NOT to notice nature and its beauty. I studied art since the age of 9. Drawing the mountains and trees with colored pencils, charcoal and eventually painting them with portable watercolors.

I knew I wanted to study Graphic Design since the 7th Grade. I was afraid I would be a “Starving Artist” if I studied painting, and the thought of my designs on a billboard or in a magazine across the country inspired me and I never looked back.

I studied Advertising Art at Pennsylvania College of Technology in Williamsport, PA where I earned my Associates Degree.

I moved to the Lehigh Valley, PA/Northwest New Jersey where I began working at Good Impressions Print Communications. I also went back to college to earn my Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design/Multi Media from Centenary University.

For over 20 years I have been designing for print. I still work with Good Impressions but as a Freelance Designer. I can work on most anything — from Logos to Direct Mail, Newsletters and Directories, Menus and Brochures. Each one is it’s own custom piece of art.

Residing in a small river town along the Delaware River in Pennsylvania, nature and its beauty is everywhere. I paint as much as I can, design the rest of the time and somewhere in between I am raising two children.

I love getting to know my clients. Talking with them and learning about their likes and dislikes. It is important to me that they LOVE their project. Whether it is a logo, a post card, or even a custom painting they need to be as proud of it as I am.

It is SO MUCH MORE than a job.

It’s a passion!
